On the initiative of the
Estonian Association of Designers, a new kind of
showroom featuring the work of many
Estonian designers has been opened in Tallinn Old Town: the two floors of
Suur-Karja 14 are filled with carefully selected fashion and interior design brands that are guided by sustainability. The display includes sportswear and lingerie made of recycled fibers from fishing nets, shoes and bags made of deer skin, tennis shoes originating from car tires and furnishing products made of felt.
The newly opened gallery shop Estonian Design House + hosts the work of, for example, Eve Hanson, August, Piret Loog, Tanel Veenre, Kelpman Textile, Süsimust, New Vintage by Kriss, Reet Aus, KIRA Shoes, Karl Joonas Alamaa, Stella Soomlais.
